how it started...

I was born in Philadelphia to a loving family and athletics was always at the forefront. No matter if it was football, baseball, boxing, or track. My brothers and I played year-round. I was able to compete against the best, but the competitive edge left after college. Eventually, I gained over 45 pounds and felt like a shell of my former self.

​

 

EVERYTHING changed in May of 2014. My father was diagnosed with a rare form of aggressive Leukemia (Acute Myeloid Leukemia), that eventually took his life. His fight was not in vain because from the day I found out, I stopped taking my health for granted. I started a quest to live and promote healthy lifestyles. I ate healthy foods, played semi-pro football, and worked out six days a week.

​

 

Eventually, I was blessed with the opportunity to work as a trainer at a gym in Atlanta, GA. My love for helping people was enhanced. I trained morning and night. I didn’t care about the time, only the individuals. Their goals were my goals!

 

I did everything in my power to build my client's confidence in their bodies. In my years of training, I’ve trained hundreds of individuals helping them hit their fitness goals. Let me help you hit yours and show you what it means to be #DawsonFit
